The 2018 Reserve Cask is composed of 69% Chardonnay and 31% Pinot Noir. Disgorged in September 2022, it has a pale gold color and opens slowly on the nose from matchstick to fuller tones of panna cotta, lemon peel and toast. The medium-bodied palate is dry and creamy, its savory flavors balanced by youthfully racy acidity, and it offers an expansive, creamy finish.
The wine is a pale, peachy salmon, with a soft gentle mousse. The nose is slightly toasty, with cherry, biscuit, and clean, mossy, forest floor — like one would find in older California Pinot Noir. The palate is bright acid and rich, marzipan, and unripe strawberries. Extremely drinkable.

The 2019 Tradition Sparkling Wine is tangy and wild on the nose, with notes of burnt lemon peel and freshly baked bread. The light-bodied palate has an alluringly creamy texture (the base wines underwent full malolactic conversion). It offers a balance of tangy acidity and a long, electric finish. RP
