Beguilingly neutral nose does not shy away from its mineral nature. Some dried white fruit, smoked tarragon, hot stones and macadamia nuts. I like the phenolic touch to the center palate, with a medium to full body and a long but inconspicuous finish. From organically grown grapes with Ecocert certification. JS
