This is dusted in white pepper (cooler vintage) with ripe, fresh and complex style. There’s a core of raspberries and blackberries with perfume, plenty of spice and dark chocolate, too. The palate has a smooth, plush feel with a pure fruit-anchor of those same red and black berries. JS

So much cracked black pepper to this, with plums and brambleberries throughout. It’s medium-bodied with a solid center palate and medium fine tannins that run the length of the wine. Tangy and bright acidity, too. JS
