The outstanding 1995 Les Ruchets was aged in 70% new oak casks, put through a malolactic fermentation in cask, and fined, but not filtered. The wine exhibits a black/purple color, followed by an excellent nose of wild blueberries, cassis, earth, and vanilla. Medium to full-bodied, deep and rich, it is an impressive Cornas. RP
