關於此酒

There's a coolness to the wine, beautiful flow too, compact nature, brilliant extension of flavours. It's so well composed, succulent in texture, vibrant in its carriage of fruit. It had me at hello. Scents of cassis, faint eucalyptus, faint clove, whiffs of violet florals and mulberry too. The palate veers into mulberry, black cherry, white pepper, mint and more of the clove with touches of graphite-like minerality as an undertow. Perfect at medium weight, a lifted wine with high drinkability yet stacked with class. A beauty, all up. JH
