A brooding mix of cool and very fresh aromas of wild red and dark currant, earth, pepper and a whiff of the sauvage. There is excellent richness and concentration to the relatively powerful medium-bodied flavors that are quite generous proportioned while exuding evident minerality on the youthfully austere and mildly rustic finale. This too is a very good villages and worth a look. BH
