Savory plums, cassis, leather, iron, some dusty berries and sweet tobacco leaves. Medium-bodied on the palate with lots of juicy yet savory fruit. Restrained and almost old-world like, with silky, polished tannins and lots of plummy fruit in the lengthy, subtle finish. Nicely tertiary. JS
