關於此酒

The 2022 Shiraz Mataro leads with the same milk-chocolate nose that leads the McLaren Vale Shiraz, which indicates the hand-driven aspect of the wine. In the mouth, the wine is supple and flowing, classy and lithe, with very fine, ductile tannins that shape the fruit. What a joy this is... the tannins are so agile feeling and shapely, and they shape the fruit. It has notes of violets, red earth, mulberries, raspberry, a hint of licorice, layers of ferrous and plenty of roasted fennel seed. RP
