    We are pleased to invite you to a sparkling wine dinner hosted by Mr. Pierre Durand, representative of House of Arras, who will visit Hong Kong in April.

    Located in northern Tasmania, House of Arras is considered the benchmark at the pointy end of the country’s outstanding sparkling wine producers. Headed by Australia’s most awarded sparkling winemaker, Ed Carr, the estate crafts world-class bubbles with extraordinary complexity and structure with pristine fruits from some of Tasmania’s top vineyard sites.

    For more than a decade, the team of House of Arras has been identifying and developing the ideal vineyard sites for the best sparkling wines. Tasmania’s cold climate with long summer daylight and maritime influences offers ideal conditions for long, slow and consistent fruit development of the outstanding Chardonnay and Pinot Noir planted on the ancient soils of the island.
