Based in Sonoma County in California, DuMOL was established in 1996 by Kerry Murphy and winemaker Andy Smith. They are famous for their unique Burgundian-styled Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs with great texture, uncommon depth and complexity, sourced from biodynamically-farmed vineyards located in the cool micro-climate area of the Russian River Valley.
Being one of Robert Parker’s favorite wineries, DuMOL has established a reputation for making highly sought-after wines which are extremely rare and are sold on allocation worldwide. Their Russian River Valley Chardonnay gained enormous fame in Asian market after it was served to the former China’s President Hu Jintao at a White House State Dinner hosted by the U.S. President Barack Obama.
