    製作香料熱紅酒Mulled Wine的方法非常簡單,只要把糖、切片檸檬、柳橙、肉桂、八角、丁香和肉豆蔻粉與薑粉等等香料加進紅酒,再根據個人喜好,以小火煮至酒精完全揮發,或是保留少量酒精度和酒香皆可。
