Grower Champagne
As the festive season begins, Watson’s Wine team has selected a series of Grower Champagne. Each box set comes with a bottle of Pierre Paillard Les Parcelles Bouzy Grand Cru NV and a surprise Grower Champagne.
Maison Pierre Paillard was founded over 200 years ago in Bouzy, a legendary Grand Cru. Its chalky subsoil and southern exposure yield a generous yet balanced Pinot Noir with unique structure and finesse. This cuvée is Pinot-dominated and has spent 3 years on lees before disgorgement. Its rich ripeness and opulent red-fruit flavours make it a delightful choice for festive celebrations.
For the other Grower Champagne, you could choose from 3 of our selected bottles, including Franck Bonville Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut NV and Soutiran Rosé de Saignée Brut NV. The former is a Blanc de Blancs specialist from the Grand Cru terroir of Avize, a prestige terroir of the Cote des Blancs while the latter is an esteemed producer from Ambonnay, a Grand Cru village on the hillsides of Montagne de Reims.

About Mickco Chan
The collection was designed by Mickco Chan陳榮基, a talented artist based in Hong Kong. He's famous for his quirky illustrations and has worked with big brands like Bulgari, Diptyque, LANVIN, Louis Vuitton, Roger Vivier, and Shiseido. Mickco's been in the game for over 10 years, creating all sorts of stuff like fashion illustrations, product designs, and multimedia art.
