It comes in at 92 grams per liter of residual sugar. Opening with a familiar rush of sugar – although it is not particularly on the sweet side given the paper statistics– this is a bit light in the mid-palate and quite delicious, with some alcoholic burn underneath. Tightening quickly with air, it becomes more austere and pointed all the while. RP
