In this episode we will visit mato, one of the hottest wine bars in town, and have a chat with its founder Ms. Anty Fung on her sommelier stories and global wine adventures.
The team will introduce some tips on food and wine pairing, with four unusual but delicious wines, including an old-vine Marsanne from Tahbilk, a creamy Chardonnay from Orin Swift, a high-altitude Cariñena (Carignan) from Alcohuaz, and a Greek Xinomavro from Kir-Yianni – all of these are available in mato.
