Based in Saint-Aubin in Côte de Beaune of Burgundy, the Roux family has been cultivating vines since 1885 in the original 4-hectare vineyard. Expertise has been passed down through generations, and today the family has expanded the family holdings to 70 hectares across different villages in Côte d’Or - the heart of Burgundy, being one of the largest landholders in the region.
