Golden Jubilee of South Africa’s Cap Classique - 1 Apr (Thu) 7:00pm (UTC+8)

Cap Classique is the sparkling wines of South Africa made with traditional method. The name was derived from the fact that the classic art of winemaking was introduced to the Cape by the French Huguenots. The first bottle of Cap Classique was made in 1971, so today it is celebrating its memorable Golden Jubilee (50th anniversary).

For this special occasion, Tersina Shieh 謝德蘭, an expert of South African wines, will join us on 1 Apr (Thu) and share the story of two exciting Cap Classique producers – Krone from Tulbagh of Western Cape and DeMorgenzon from Stellenboschkloof valley. Let’s toast to Cap Classique!
