On 20 Aug (Thu), House of Arras’s winemaker Ed Carr, dubbed as the “Godfather of Australian Sparkling”, will introduce you the story of crafting wines in Tasmania with winemaker Conor van der Reest of Domaine A, which has the oldest vineyard in Coal River Valley producing an array of magical mystery wines of magnificent ageing potential, most famously the Cabernet Sauvignon.
