About The Pack
Pure and focused with layers of passionfruit, jalapeno and crushed herb. The palate is generous and refreshing with salty mineral notes and a long lingering finish.
The most complex of Marlborough sauvignons is looking the goods in this warmer vintage. There's a heady reductive layer that delivers flinty grapefruit notes and lemon pith. The palate texture is superb; starts on point and builds weight and layers of texture through the mid-palate with abundant gooseberry and lime flavor, then finishes pure, focused and true. JS
Crisp, uncompromisingly dry sauvignon blanc with lemongrass, saline/oyster shell, red capsicum and pineapple flavours. Intense, vibrant wine that lives up to its exalted reputation. BC
A gentle nose of lime, nettle, honeydew melon and mineral. Hints of sweet nectarine. Spice, lime and moss with tarragon and lemongrass. Orange blossom and pear finishing with a lingering mandarin note. Juicy, yet soft, with good viscosity and volume.
