The Vidonia 2022 has a seductive nose with aromas reminiscent of lemon pie, as well as flinty and vanilla notes. It has wonderful energy with lots of tension, almost effervescent acidity and a flavorful profile that persists to the finish. While this is ripe it possesses precise acidity. Lovely balance. This comes from three ungrafted centenary parcels planted on volcanic soils. JS
