Aromas of white peaches and under-ripe mangoes with pear drops, savory herbs, crushed stones and raw walnuts. Full-bodied and tight with the density and creaminess of ripe stone fruit, with vivid acidity and a lingering, textured mouthfeel. Delicate character of pastry crust and toffee at the end with a creamy finish. JS

The 2021 Chardonnay Evenstad Reserve was blended with Domaine Serene's single-vineyard Chardonnays and matured for 15 months in 22% new French oak. It has pure scents of golden apples, quince peel, chamomile and wet stone. The medium-bodied palate balances a satiny texture and concentrated flavors with a vibrant acidity, and it has a long, softly savory finish. It's elegant and easy to drink! RP
