The 2021 Chardonnay Evenstad Reserve was blended with Domaine Serene's single-vineyard Chardonnays and matured for 15 months in 22% new French oak. It has pure scents of golden apples, quince peel, chamomile and wet stone. The medium-bodied palate balances a satiny texture and concentrated flavors with a vibrant acidity, and it has a long, softly savory finish. It's elegant and easy to drink! RP
