About Professional Wine Ratings
A wine score is the quickest, simplest way for a wine critic to communicate their opinion about the quality of a wine. Professional wine rating scores from a wide range of critics, for example Robert Parker's Wine Advocate and Wine Spectator, are usually adjusted for the 100-point scale. A mean of these scores is presented for specific vintages of a wine, as well as across all vintages.

About The Wine
Savory notes of cigar tobacco, fresh roses and a fine, spicy edge to sappy red cherries. This is very complex and layered on the nose. The palate has a smooth, fine and elegant yet dense and powerful tannin frame with a supple, even and plush feel and such composure and fruit purity. Impressive. JS
A good marriage of food and wine ideally provides more pleasure than enjoying either one separately. As each of us have different sensitivities to various flavours and preferences, the definition of 'perfect pairing' varies, and this makes up the fun part of food and wine pairing.

This is a very stylish, plump and fleshy pinot that has a sweetly spicy, floral and fragrant nose with ripe red and dark cherries, as well as sappy, forest leaves and gentle, earthy tones. Complex, young and fresh. The palate has such supple and sappy cherries and blueberries with a fresh, tangy line of acidity and a long, polished finish. JS

Fragrant, floral pinot noir with cassis, dark cherry, red rose, cacao nib the dominant flavours right now, with many other more subtle characters in support. I love the enlivening acid and tannic structure which gives the wine an exciting energy. BC
