Nicknamed as a “driving winemaker”, Telmo Rodríguez is one of the most influential Spanish winemakers known for hunting for historic vineyards from lesser-known wine regions. Grew up in a Rioja wine family, Telmo took the road less travelled by. He founded his own company in 1994 and started the adventure of reviving the forgotten old vines planted by the ancestors of the country, to redefine and rediscover the deep heritage and diversity of Spanish wines.
