Founded by Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon in 1818, Billecart-Salmon is one of the few champagne houses that is still owned and managed by the original family. The family handcrafts delicate and elegant wines with crystal-clear fidelity, using a technique of cool long fermentation pioneered by the house in 1952.

Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon is the family champagne rosé debuted in 1988 as a tribute to the House’s co-founder – Elisabeth Salmon. On 8 Apr (Thu), Antoine Roland-Billecart, the 6th generation of the family, will launch the new vintage 2008 of this fascinating cuvée, and discover its sparkle and refined purity of grandeur and unique characters with us.
