There's a slice of pear, chunk of apple and spot of peach all working together in perfect fruity harmony, combined with small delicate bubbles and a wonderful long, creamy finish.

Ceretto Moscato d'Asti 2023 75cl

This Ceretto Moscato d’Asti 2023 is a off-dry sparkling wine made from Moscato Bianco. It has pleasant aromas and delicate tastes, no wonder winning the hearts of both connoisseurs and novices. This wine opens up with huge fruity aroma, with a soft and smooth entrance and a lingering aftertaste. On palate, it is slightly smoky with hint of roasted orange peel, it has a low alcohol level of merely 5%, but it brings a rich acidity that enlivens the wine and gives a refreshing taste with a balanced sweetness that is just right on point. Perrier Jouet Grand Brut NV 75cl

A blend of fifty different Crus, Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut expresses the quality and diversity of the House winemaking tradition. It has floral aromas, rounded out by fresh fruit and hints of buttery brioche and vanilla, combined freshness with a lingeringly rich and generous finish. It has earned 91pt from James Suckling, cheers!

Mount Brave Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 75cl

Crafted by Chris Carpenter, the 100-point winemaker of Lokoya & Cardinale, named Master Winemaker of the Year 2024 by The Drinks Business. The Mt. Brave Vineyard was established decades ago at elevations ranging from 400 – 550 meters. As it sits above the fog line, with morning sun warming the grapes each day. Thanks to sparse soils and the low-yielding 40-year-old vine, the berries are tiny yet giving concentrated and complex flavours, therefore creating a highly structured, focused Cabernet Sauvignon with great elegance.

Pahlmeyer Proprietary Red 2021 75cl

For more than 30 years, Jayson Pahlmeyer has pursued his dream of creating a “Californian Mouton”, a wine to rival the great châteaux of Bordeaux. He crafts world-class wines of great power and finesse which, thanks to a meticulous barrel programme and an artful blending of each small lot, deliver great ageing potential. Robert Parker acclaims him as “one of California’s super-star producers,” creating wine “with a fabulous track record of ageing well”. Jayson by Pahlmeyer is the estate’s second label, made with the same attention to detail for which Pahlmeyer is known and trusted. This is a velvet-textured, expressive Merlot-dominant blend from some of Napa’s finest vineyards. The 2019 vintage was excellent, delivering layers of ripe fruit, and an outstanding structure.

Dom Perignon Vintage 2013 75cl

Dom Perignon, recognised globally as one of the most prestigious Champagne brands, has maintained its unwavering symbol of luxury, class and flawless quality in Champagne over the years. It is named after Dom Pierre Pérignon, a French monk who is named as the “spiritual father” of Champagne. Dom Pérignon is now part of the LVMH group – the world leader in the luxury spectrum. Dom Pérignon is only produced in years when the finest fruits are harvested, and is only released into the market after at least 7 years of ageing. Many royal members and superstars including Marilyn Monroe are fans of Dom Perignon.

Penfolds Cellar Reserve Cabernet 2008 75cl

The Cellar Reserve label – established by Chief Winemaker, Peter Gago as an ongoing project – it is a range of limited release wines that explore the innovative boundaries of viticulture, vinification and style. Whilst creating this range of excitingly different wines, the winemakers add to their existing winemaking knowledge, which will later find expression in wines across the Penfolds range. The 2008 Cellar Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from Barossa vineyards over 100 years of age. The wine was barrel-fermented in new French oak. It exhibits pencil lead, incense, plum, blackberry, and black currant.

Alvaro Palacios Quinon De Valmira 2019 75cl

The single-vineyard 2019 Quiñón de Valmira is made with Garnacha and 10% other traditional varieties grown at 616 meters in altitude, fermented with some full clusters with indigenous yeasts in oak vats and matured in oak foudres and bocoyes for 16 months. The wines come through as lively, vibrant and deep, with pungent flavours, incredible finesse, with the red fruit from Garnacha intermixed with limestone that gives it the exquisite elegance and tastiness, with an almost salty finish.
