    Dear Wine Lover,

    We are pleased to invite you to a wine dinner hosted by Mr. Clarence Ng, representative of Seña, with a menu especially curated by Chiu Tang.

    Seña, a proven super Chilean wine, was created in 1995 by Eduardo Chadwick of Viña Errázuriz and Robert Mondavi with the aim to demonstrate that the top wines of Chile are comparable to the very best wines of the world. The blend varies with the vintage but is typically comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère and Merlot, sourced entirely from biodynamically farmed vineyard in Aconcagua Valley.

    Over the past 20 years, Seña has shown consistently high quality in many blind tastings around the world where Seña was put up against the very best Bordeaux Grand Crus and Super Tuscans, such as Lafite, Latour, Ornenllaia and Sassicaia. Seña eclipsed all these famous houses, revealing its own unique depth and complexity against these great wines.
