We are pleased to invite you to a wine tasting hosted by Mr. Charles Simons, General Manager and Co-owner of Mayfield Vineyards, who will visit Hong Kong in April.
Mayfield Vineyards is located in the Orange wine region in New South Wales. It is one of the most popular and coolest regions in recent years with its high altitude (600 to 1,100 metres above sea level) and high-quality cool-climate style of wines with vibrant flavours, balanced acidity, and distinct varietal characteristics.
With a history of dating back to 1815, the estate of Mayfield is a heritage-listed homestead and popular accommodation venue. The vineyards were first planted in 1999 and are now managed by viticulturist Charles Simons, who has extensive experience around the world, including at DuMOL in California and Craggy Range in New Zealand.
