‘Blade Runner 2049,’ released 35 years after the original classic sci-fi movie “Blade Runner”, did not only bring back Harrison Ford to play the same role but also Johnnie Walker as a futuristic prop. Harrison Ford portrayed blade runner Rick Deckard in the 1982 film, who loved to drink Johnnie Walker Black Label. After 35 years, Harrison Ford’s character still had the same taste. This new expression was created by Johnnie Walker master blender Jim Beveridge with the film’s director Denis Villeneuve.
