• A sister project of Terroir al Limit by Dominik Huber, to craft elegant wines with a minimalist approach, such as ageing without oak.
• Grapes are sourced from the up-and-coming Monstant DO, yielding bold, Priorat-style wine but with lower alcohol levels.
• 100% Garnacha from high altitude vineyards (700-800m) planted with 80-year-old, low-yielding vines, resulting in deeply flavoured, concentrated wine
• Offers Burgundian-like structure and texture, and layers of spice; perfect with Mediterranean fare.
