The nose features notes of old walnuts, figs and almonds, as well as more roasted-coffee aromas. The palate displays the rounded, structured balance characteristic of Grande Champagne with intense flavours of dried fruit, walnuts and almonds. A subtle hint of blackcurrant appears at the end, beautifully sustained.
