Lemon lime splice meets custard apple and poached pears. Vanilla bean sugar icing and curls of lemon rind. There is a swirl of creamy meringue on the palate, thanks to some battonage and new French oak. Plenty of lingering acidity and citrus punch, too. Excellent value and considered winemaking influence here. JH
