關於此酒

The 2012 Angelina Brut Reserve Blanc de Blanc is 100% Chardonnay and underwent some five years of autolytic aging prior to being disgorged. The 2012 Angelina Brut Reserve Blanc de Blanc has a moderate to deep lemon appearance with persistent fine bubbles. On the nose, there is some caramelized nuttiness showing tertiary development in bottle combined with plenty of yeast notes (biscuit, brioche) as well as a still-vibrant core of primary fruit (lemon peel, red apple). On the palate, this is a full-bodied sparkling wine with an especially creamy mousse, some lively acidity and a complex core of autolytic flavors marrying nicely with the bottle development and delicate fruit.
