关於此酒

Riesling with 0.8% chardonnay and 0.4% pinot gris. Hand picked from Coal River and Derwent Valleys. From the same sources as Accolade's Eddystone Point Riesling, this is an altogether more serious and contemplative stye. Focused and exact lemon/lime fruit is nuanced with exotic spice, fig and white nectarine. Intense fruit, supple flesh, a touch of phenolic grip and a fantastic line of cool acidity drive a monumental finish of grand persistence. JH

Bay of Fires Riesling 2021

This has piercing purity and intense, youthful appeal. Aromas of lime and kumquat, with a more exotic melange of citrus on the nose than most. The palate has a bright, intense and acidity-fueled core of rich citrus fruit,as well as some lighter stone fruit. Impressive. Plenty of impact.
