A confident sauvignon blanc that shows the green asparagus aspect of the grape, with smoked herbs, guavas and a touch of seashells on the nose. This is more about the palate, with a medium body, fresh medium acidity and a creamy mouthfeel. Good volume, with a lightly chalky texture and creamy lees. JS
