    About Professional Wine Ratings
A wine score is the quickest, simplest way for a wine critic to communicate their opinion about the quality of a wine. Professional wine rating scores from a wide range of critics, for example Robert Parker's Wine Advocate and Wine Spectator, are usually adjusted for the 100-point scale. A mean of these scores is presented for specific vintages of a wine, as well as across all vintages.

    About The Wine
Slate and blueberries with some dried grapefruit, blood oranges and tiles. Fluid with a medium to full body and immaculate tannins. Crunchy at first, then tight with ductile tannins with extremely vibrant acidity. Really long, with a natural flair. JS

    Food Match
A good marriage of food and wine ideally provides more pleasure than enjoying either one separately. As each of us have different sensitivities to various flavours and preferences, the definition of 'perfect pairing' varies, and this makes up the fun part of food and wine pairing.

It's nicely textured with the grainy mouthfeel from the slate soils, very tasty, clean and precise, and it finishes very long and dry. It might be a bit dizzy from the very recent bottling and should improve tremendously in bottle, as it has the balance and all the ingredients to do so. RP

This is very typical for a very top Priorat with firm yet plush tannins and plenty of blue-fruit, walnut, underbrush and dark-mushroom character. It’s full-bodied with polished tannins and excellent length. Persistence and character here. JS

Deep, whilst also elegant, composed, slightly shy and introverted. Exceptional balance and real harmony to this carignan, which shows cement, red dates, white pepper, herbs and fresh-toned blue and black berries. Very intellectual, honest and understated, with a smooth delivery of concentrated red-date and cranberry flavors. Stimulating and thought-provoking. A great wine. JS
