Based on the 2015 vintage and disgorged in December 2020 with seven grams per liter dosage, the NV Brut Grand Cru Perle Noire delivers notions of honeyed apples, pear, smoke and fresh bread. Full-bodied, vinous and muscular, with a fleshy core of fruit and a pillowy mousse, it's a serious, concentrated Blanc de Noirs. RP
