The grapes were sourced and handpicked from vineyards in the Golan Heights, Upper Galilee and Jerusalem Hills. The wine aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Characterized by a full body, rich fruit and a light spice. Cumulus is a puffy billowy rain cloud. The cloud’s characteristics match this wine.
