This is 100% pinot meunier, left for one year before secondary fermentation in the bottle and five years' bottle ageing on lees before disgorgement. A bright yellow gold with green tinges. A very fine bead. Gently creamy on the bouquet with its aromas of fresh-out-of-the-oven croissants, small red fruits and a gentle waft of dried flowers. Finishes dry and long. JH
