Soft hints of melon and citrus fruit on the nose, opening up to reveal firm waxy notes and rich floral aromas. Spices develop into appetising cinnamon and ginger-spiced biscuits. Layers of melon fruit and zesty orange-oil fuse with sultanas and ginger-spiced biscuits with hints of vanilla on the palate. The finish is beautifully rounded with rich pastry, toasted cocoa powder and hints of bitter chocolate.
