The nose is characterised by an abundance of aromas, red fruit, black cherry and light spicy notes, while the palate features extremely velvety tannins balanced with the typical acidity of Barbera. Thanks partly to long macerations on skins, the old vines of the Pairolero Cru provide crisp and classic notes, reflected by a light and very elegant colour, synonymous with a return to the past.
