Like peering into a well of black-fruit fantasies. Blackforest cherries, blackberry pie, cassis and pomegranate. Crushed volcanic rock, nigella seed and chocolate chips. The palate opens and unfurls, showing its many facets over the course of minutes, not seconds. The sappy grape tannins cover the tongue and it's as seductive as it is moreish.
