It has a moderate lemon appearance with persistent bubbles. On the nose, there is some attractive lemon peel, red apple and stone fruit (with a hint of red fruit) combined with autolytic notes of dough, biscuit and a touch of caramel (from the time in bottle, combined with mellowing dosage). On the palate, this is light to medium-bodied with a relatively delicate mousse, bright acidity and a pleasant combination of fresh fruit with yeasty notes. RP
