50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Meunier, all harvested in 2008, make up the NV Dimangan, a Brut Champagne named after the God of Harvest from tagalog mythology. The wine was disgorged after six years on the lees with three grams per liter dosage and offers nougat flavors on the nose, is very pure and straight, but also delicate on the palate; it reveals a nice minerality and good length.
