A seriously concentrated and very silky Sicilian dry white that is unashamedly inspired by Grand Cru white Burgundy. Wonderful bouquet of citrus blossoms with just a hint of vanilla. Mouth-filling yet graceful on the palate, the long and complex mineral finish beautifully supported by just a touch of oak tannin. From organically grown grapes. JS
