ery good riesling, gently mid-weighted, vibrant and as reliant on unresolved C02 for verve, as much as the juicy thread of palpably natural acidity running from attack to vibrato finish. Far from the South Australian norm, with aromas of green apple granita, nashi pear eau de vie, finger lime and anise skittering long. A lick of sweetness placates the acidity beautifully, with an overall effect of dainty poise and ultimately, dryness. JS
