关於此酒

The wine previously called Cartagena Garnacha Syrah has been renamed and is now the 2017 Cartagena Coastal Red. It is 72% Syrah and 28% Garnacha, which I had called a Mediterranean blend in the past, but this has nothing Mediterranean about it (despite the warm-ish vintage) and instead feels more like what the new name implies—a coastal, cool-climate red with marine influence. However, the palate could be reminiscent of some wines from the Priorat, with more soil notes and an earthy minerality. RP
