The wine feels very primary and fresh without any of the sweetness many wines in Chile can have in 2019. It's vertical and stony, reflecting the place, fresher than 2017. RP
A real bargain for the price and one of the finest vintages of this red blend, the 2021 Grus has an aromatic profile of Syrah (it's higher in percentage), and it also has some Malbec with freshness of the year and the kick from the Carinena. The wine has contained ripeness and very good freshness, and it's fine-boned and easy to drink. RP
