A Hands-on Winemaking Experience
In the afternoon, participants will be divided into groups and work together. Winemaker Eddie McDougall will guide you through the whole experience of blending, including the preparation, the factors to be considered, and the procedures of each step. At the end, Eddie will be the judge to decide which group makes the best blended wine and explain why!
