Dear Wine Lover,
We are pleased to invite you to a wine dinner hosted by Mr. Jean-Charles Cazes, Director of Château Lynch-Bages and the 4th generation of Cazes family, who will visit Hong Kong in March.
Château Lynch-Bages, classified as a Grand Cru Classé in 1855, overlooks the Gironde estuary and stretches over a beautiful gravelly hilltop. Formerly owned by the illustrious Lynch family, the estate was acquired by the Cazes family in 1939. It has long been loved by wine connoisseurs, particularly in Hong Kong, for its consistently high-quality wines.
One of Pauillac’s greatest, the Grand Vin is a combination of structure, finesse and elegance, with great concentration and longevity. Echo de Lynch-Bages is the second wine, with a round and seductive character that can be enjoyed young. Blanc de Lynch-Bages is historically one of the first white wines produced by a Grand Cru Classé in the Médoc, offering bright citrus aromas with complexity from ageing with lees and barrels.
