On 26 Nov (Thu), we will have Adam Wadewitz, Chief Winemaker of Shaw+Smith , founded in 1989 by the first Master of Wine of Australia - Michael Hill Smith MW and his cousin Martin Shaw, and Louis Schofield from Ochota Barrels, of which the artisanal wines are naturally grown and made with minimal intervention, showing immensely beautiful primary fruit vibrancy, to explore the infinite possibility of the region.
